Well, here are the Psychic Pokemon available in White. (I am not listing White Forest or National Pokemon)

Solosis, Duosion, and Reuniclus (Solosis is on Route 5 and 16, Duosion & Reuniclus at Route 9)

Sigyliph (Desert Resort)

Munna & Musharna (Dream Yard)

Woobat (Wellspring Cave, Chargestone Cave, Twist Mountain, Mistralton Cave, Victory Road. If you want Swoobat, level up Woobat on a high friendship)

Elgyem & Beheeyem (Elgyem- Celestial Tower, Beheeyem at Route 14, after the National Pokedex)

In White Version there are: Munna,Musharna,Woobat,Swoobat,Sigilyph,Solosis,Duosion,Reuniclus,Elgeym,and Beheeyem
