What are some viable Special Arceus forms for Ubers?

Does anybody have any ideas what Arceus formes are good for Special movesets in terms of typing? Because I’m making an Ubers team and I need a Special Attacker. Can you please post movesets!

Ground Arceus is probably the Best Special Arceus. Mostly because there are a lot of Ubers Pokemon weak to Ground. :P

Arceus-Ground @ Earth PlateAbility: MultitypeEVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpDModest NatureIVs: 0 Atk- Defog- Judgment- Ice Beam- Refresh/Stealth Rock/Recover

Dark Arceus is probably the best for using Calm Mind.

Grass Arceus is pretty solid, having great coverage in Ubers.
