What are good evs+nature for this particular Blastoise?

Ice Beam(covers most common weakness)Surf(STAB)Iron Defense(power up lower defensive stat)Toxic(STALL)

This is a wall it will have Rain Dish, leftovers, and Rain support. I was think most evs in hp and S.def and a little in S.atk. Suggest moves if you think of better ones(to those who don’t know Hydro Pump and Blizzard are not good idea’s)

I would say..

Blastoise (M) @ LeftoversTrait: Rain DishEVs: 160 HP / 96 SAtk / 252 SDefCalm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)- Surf- Ice Beam- Toxic- Iron Defense

Now for the moveset, I like it, but you could try this.

Blastoise (M) @ LeftoversTrait: Rain DishEVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SAtkCalm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)- Surf- Ice Beam- Toxic or Protect- Aqua Ring

This is just pretty much having so much Hp restoration its not funny, although I would go with your set, this is always an alternative.
