What are all the pseudo-legendary Pokemon?

And how many are there? I’ve heard many different responses, so I wanted to settle my confusion.

Gen 1: DragoniteGen 2: TyranitarGen 3: Salamence, MetagrossGen 4: GarchompGen 5: HydreigonGen 6: GoodraGen 7: Kommo-oGen 8: Dragapult, Hisuian GoodraGen 9: Baxcalibur

There are 10 psuedo-legendary Pokemon, or 11 if you count Hisuian Goodra separately. Criteria for pseudo-legendary Pokemon can be foundhere.
