What are all the Pokemon that can be found in SwSh that are available in SV?

I’m trying to complete the Pokedex in Shield (to get the Shiny Charm), but I feel it will be a lot easier to do if I were to catch a bunch of the mons I need in Violet, since I know that game better. So what’s everything that I need for the SwSh dex that can be caught in Violet?

Base game SV only, since I’m broke and don’t have the DLC yet.

So I’m guessing you mean Pokémon that can beCaughtin S / V, not just available. Cause Pokémon like Grubbin are available in S / V but can’t be caught.Got the list(tell me if I got anything wrong).

Source: Going through the Sw/Sh Pokédex and DLC Pokédexes and seeing which Pokémon can be caught in S/V. Tell me if I missed anything or put something in twice. I could’ve went through the S/V Pokédex and looked through the Sw/Sh available Pokémon list, but I think this will have caught most of them. Hope this helped!
