What are all the Pokemon Attacks that can change type in one way or another?

There are several moves that change type depending on held items, forms, or in-battle conditions. These are:

In addition, some moves change types if certain Abilities are in play. Any Normal type move will be changed by one of the Abilities listed below to the type next to it:
In terms of other Abilities, Liquid Voice changes all sound-based moves to the Water type. Normalize changes all moves used by the user to the Normal type.

Finally, there are three moves that change the type of other moves. These are:
Ion Deluge and Plasma Fists change the target’s Normal moves to Electric moves, while Electrify changes any move to Electric. In the case of Plasma Fists, every Pokemon on the field is affected. Other characteristics, such as PP, priority, and availability, obviously differ.
