What are all the Pokémon that could learn moves in previous gens and now can't?

It’s not clear exactly what you’re looking for, because the answer isalmost every Pokemonhas moves they could learn in a previous generation but now can’t. It would be impossible to list them all here - there are over 8800 moves. That’s what the “transfer-only moves” shows in our Pokedex.
There are just a few exceptions, i.e. Pokemon whodon’thave transfer moves:
Their moves have stayed pretty much the same throughout the generations.
