What are all the fully-evolved Pokemon that can be obtained at level 1?

Scizor can be obtained at level 1. Just get level 1 Scyther and trade it holding a Metal Coat.

That is just one example. What are the rest?

If there were any events that gave out fully-evolved level 1 Pokemon, put that too.

Note that if you breed, for example two Snorlax without Lax Incense the hatched baby would be Snorlax, full evolution instead of Munchlax.

Note:Blissey won’t count because you need to level up Chansey with high friendship meaning you can’t obtain it at Level 1.
