Weekend Evenings on Tubeline Bridge?

Does anything happen, cause a lady on the bridge talks about some kids causing trouble weekend evenings, but I didn’t see anything today (Sunday).

First, they are Bikers and this occurs on Friday Night. On Friday nights, a Biker gang who call themselves the Black Empoleon takes over the Tubeline Bridge. After beating Jeremy, the leader, he becomes so impressed he renames his gang after the player’s lead Pokémon. However, they still will not leave until the end of the night. That is all that happens.

on fridays, a bunch of bikers show up and you can battle them but it isnt much. you get nothing but experience so yeah not really worth it although they do respect you when you beat one named jeremysee herefor more info

they have level 35-40
