Unable to pass down Hidden Ability in Pokemon Black?

This is concerning Pokemon Black.

I have a female Staravia with hidden ability Reckless and I’m trying to breed a Starly with both an egg move Roost and the hidden ability.

So far I’ve bred ~20 eggs with a male Unfezant and each and every hatched Starly has the standard Keen Eye ability. I’ve breed 10 eggs with a male Starly with the same results.

That seems unbelievably unlikely consideringBulbapedia’s claimthat there is a 60% chance to pass down the hidden ability. Am I missing something?

Yeah in B/W and B/W 2 Starly’s only ability is Keen Eye that changed in Gen VI. So to see if your Starly has Reckless you need to evolve it to a Staravia.
