Trying to get a Frisk (HA) Furret?

I’ve got the nature and egg move bred in but the whole hidden ability thing has me confused. I have a male Frisk Stantler and a female Sentret, will this work to get a Frisk Sentret? I’ve read somewhere I would already need a Frisk Sentret to get one but if that’s the case then I don’t know how I would manage to get one.

Unfortunately, you will need to catch or trade for a Sentret/Furret thatalready hastheir Hidden Ability, Frisk.

Unfortunately, Sentret/Furret could only be obtained with their Hidden Ability through the Dream World, which is no longer in service. This will require you to trade for one.
