Trying to figure out egg moves for charmander?

Okay , I will start off by saying that I understand basic breeding , but I am trying to go a bit more advanced but I have stumped myself .

I have aJap male charmander level 37 with dragon rage , fire fang, flamethrower and flame burstUSA female charmander level 37 same move set

I know those moves will pass to the offspring

I also have a male arbok with crunch and a male horsea with dragon pulse

id like to have a charmander withdragon rageflamethrowercrunchdragon pulse

how do I have to breed the Pokemon ? I understand the egg moves go from the father , so is it possible ? i’m sorry , i’m still learning

Find a male Hydreigon with these moves and breed with the female Charmander and you can have those moves
