Toxicroak on PO Problem
Apr. 25, 2012When making a Toxicroak, i tried to teach it Drain Punch, but it said it can’t learn it.
My planned Toxicroak for a future Rain Team___
Toxicroak (M) @ Black Sludge/ Big RootTrait: Dry SkinNature: Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
EV Spread:4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
PokemonDB/ ToxicroakBulbapedia/ Toxicroak___Both these sites say he learns this move vis breeding. Is there some type of clause i don’t know about to prevent an HP monster or a glitch or some other thing??

Ok ive looked into this for you as heatran507 mentioned 4th genSo this awsome toxicroak can not be done, if you check on po it says its a 4th gen move tutor move and drain punch is a egg move.So i checked its egg moves and it learns it through breeding with a male meinshao and meinfooSorry if spelt wrong*So there is your problem the pokemon it breeds with are from gen 5.
Okay, this is now legal in B2/W2.
Just go to Move Tutors in there. They teach both Drain and Ice Punches to Toxicroak. Or you can breed a Toxicroak with Drain Punch and then teach it Ice Punch via Tutor.
