Suggestions for a Pokemon to fit this description?

I need a pretty defensive and special defensive that can still pack a special attacking punch if you know what i mean!

Porygon2 is great here.

Max HP with Eviolite make it bulky, and Max SAtk helps it hit hard. Recover allows it to survive longer, therefore taking hits longer. Ice Beam forms the first part of the Bolt Beam coverage, and Thunderbolt finishes it off, providing some neutral coverage. Tri Attack is good STAB that has a chance to freeze, paralyze, or burn.

Another one is Rotom-W.

Rotom-W @ Choice ScarfTrait: LevitateEVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 SpdTimid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Rotom-W has 250 in both Defenses, decent HP, and has a great Special Attack AND Speed stat.
