Staller Goodra vs. Bulky Sweeper Goodra?

I am really starting to love Goodra. It has an amazing movepool, great special bulk and I love it’s design for some reason. So I decided to try and make a team based around Goodra.. but then I started to question.. should I use the typicalAssault Vest Sweeperset or try aBulky Set?And I just cannot decide. It could do both jobs well but the real question iswhich set would work best? Which job is Goodrabetter at?The sets would be as follows:

Goodra@ Assault VestAbility:Gooey/Sap SipperEVs:248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpDModest Nature- Ice Beam- Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse- Flamethrower- Thunderbolt

Goodra@ LeftoversAbility:HydrationEVs:252 HP / 44 Def / 212 SpDBold Nature- Draco Meteor- Rain Dance- Rest- Toxic

If you don’t plan on using a rain dance team, you should go for the sweeper Goodra. It’s moveset is good the way it is, but if you plan to use an Assault vest sweeping Goodra for rain dance teams, you should swap Thunder for Thunderbolt.
