Soundtrack question - what is the name of the track at Episode 1 when Ash steal's Misty's bike?

Hallo,

can someone please tell me the name of the song when Ash steals Misty’s bike in episode 1? It starts at 16:38 in this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zyt2GKb6qWw&t=998s

I heard this track in serveral other episodes but I’ve never found a name anywhere and I don’t think it’s on the official soundtrack either.

There is a video on YouTube titled"Spearow Attack! - Pokemon English Unreleased TV Music"that is a ripped version of the Spearow Chase music. It is the only available version that isn’t drowned by cycling and thunder, although both sounds are present in the track. The part where Ash steals the bike is at the beginning.
