Soul Dew or Latiosite on Latios?

So… I can either have:

AeroSoul (Latios) (M) @ Soul DewAbility: LevitateEVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpDModest NatureIVs: 0 Atk- Recover- Dragon Pulse- Psychic- Surf

Or I can have:

Latios-Mega (M) @ LatiositeAbility: LevitateEVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpDModest NatureIVs: 0 Atk- Recover- Dragon Pulse- Psychic- Surf

Which moveset gives Lati more power? And does Soul Dew so anything other than boost SpA?

Latiosite is better than Soul Dew in most formats for these reasons:

I would prefer sould dew as that it would boost latios attack stats better than when you mega evolve it and it keeps it’s same speed stat so you could get a better mega likemedichamorAlakazamfor our so it’s a win win
