Should I evolve Minncino or Floette with my shiny stone?

HELP! I have a shiny stone but don’t know what to do with it. Could you tell me which one? And give me a moveset to work for whichever I should. Please know that I am playing Ultra Sun, so please adjust to my game! Thanks and have a great day!

Florges. Cinccino… is ok. I mean its an ok attacker with 115 speed and 95 atk. But florges is an extremely defensive Pokemon and is better overall. Also cinccino is only 470 base stat which is below average while Florges is 552 which is extremely good. So take florgesHere’s a moveset for Florges
