Pokemons with Dual-Screen & suicide moves?

Which Pokemons are able to dual-screen, along with having a suicidal move like explosion/self-destruct, Momeno, or any others if any?

All I need is to be able to set up dual-screens to help me set up defenses for my next Pokemon and baton passing stats to my main Pokemon. So would Smeargle w/ focus sash be good? The only thing is that it won’t be able to have Light Clay to further duration of dual-screens…
