Pokemons for rollout/ice ball and defense curl strategy?

As i said, good pokemons for a rollout/ice ball and defense curl strategy. I would like to know the pokemons EVs, moveset, abilitys and all that stuff.maybe sandslash, or something.

This Azumarill set is both powerful and defensive. Grass attacks with be converted to a +1 Atk boost too! Hope this helped!
