OHKO and identify move combos?
Jun. 13, 2010Whenever a Pokémon uses an identify move (Odor Sleuth, Foresight, Miracle Eye) will OHKO move (Sheer Cold, Guillotine, Horn Drill, Fissure) it uses next miss? I know that identify move will not raise accuracy but negate evansion of foe.
Comment to Answers:Have anyone ever heared of chain breeding? It’s easy to have Swinub with Odor Sleuth and Fissure or Lapras with Sheer Cold and Foresight!!!

Actually, no. The moves Odor Sleuth, Foresight and Miracle Eye do not guarantee the following move will hit at all, they just reset Accuracy/Evasiveness. So the chance is still 30%.
There is Mind Reader and Lock-On, whichwilldo what you’re asking. But only Articuno can learn a combo (Mind Reader and Sheer Cold), or I think Poliwrath in Gen II.
Yes, it will hit. Unless the opponet is higher leveled than you. This is a great strategy against stronger trainers like Red or Lance.
the only people who have these combos are articuno(sheer cold and mind reader) and smeargle( any ohko and any identify move)
