When I near a Pokemon and the game switches from map mode to camera mode, I do not see any background. I’m told it is supposed to show the real world with a Pokemon superimposed, but all I see is a white background. The AR is on. Does anyone know how to fix this? My camera works fine otherwise. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 with the most recent software update. Thanks for any advice!

Since no one is removing this of the un-answered list I’ll quote what Darkheart said:
If you have the latest update, it’s marshmallow which has granular permissions. So you’ll have to give permission for the app to use the camera.Go to settings -> applications -> Pokemon GO -> Permissions. And toggle camera permission
