I don’t know about other people, but I’d use 252 Defense/252 Speed/4 HP and a Timid (+Speed, -Attack) Nature. I think that Calm Mind will be sufficient in getting your Special Defense and Special Attack high enough, so I’d put the EVs in Defense for all-around better defense. The Speed is important for getting up screens.

252 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 Def, Modest Nature, if you want to deal damage with your Meowstic.

252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp. Def, Bold Nature, if you’re looking to only set up screens and then switch out. If this is the case, I would give your Meowstic T-Wave/ Toxic > Psyshock/ Shadow Ball.
