Outside of Sand and no Hazard damage be present factors here. Ice Punch usually OHKO’s Garchomp with x4 weakness STAB. if not, Sash Hangs on whether Chompy hits first or not. next turn Ice Shard kills Garchomp who gas no priority moves.
