Is using dusknoir as a set up Pokemon viable?

so I want to make a league for Pokemon one of the teams I wanted to use was dusknoir as a set up Pokemon it would have the moves wonder room,light screen, willo wisp, and shadow punch dusknor is going to be a physical attacker and deoxys attack form is going to be a special attacker with the moves psychic, Thunder bolt,dark pulse and icy wind what’s your guys opinion on this

Yes, Dusknoir can be used for a Trick Room setup due to it’s lack of Speed. Here’s a good Moveset:

Dusknoir @ LeftoversAbility: Pressure or FriskNature: Adamant (+Attack -Sp. Atk)Ev’s: Attack, Defense and Sp. DefRole: Trick Room Setup/Staller

Trick Room is used to make Slower Pokemon move first for 5 turns while Double Team and either Toxic or Will-O-Wisp are used for stalling and the 1 of the 4 Punch moves is used for coverage (Shadow Punch is STAB for Dusknoir and it never misses while Ice, Fire or Thunder Punch are used for coverage)
