Is there any way to get the Event Shiny Dialga/Palkia in X and Y?

I’ve seen Shiny Level 100 Dialga’s and Palkia’s before in the past and I heard that there was an Event where you could obtain them. So I wondering is there still a way to get Dialga or Palkia in my game?

Note: I’m not sure if this Event was for X and Y or for previous games, I think it was X and Y but I’m not sure to be totally honest.

Unfortunately No

Unless you hack or transfer them ,via Pokebank , there is no legitimate way to get Palkia and Dialga.

Dialga being distributed to owners of Pokémon Black and White andPokémon Black Version 2 and White Version 2 between August 19th andSeptember 8th, with Palkia following on September 9th until September29th. The event will then finish with Giratina’s distribution, whichwill be from 30th September until 20th October.

However there was an event for BW and BW2 in which you could get Shiny Palkia, Dialga and Giratina.Event
