Is there any way to get all of the starters in X & Y without trading?

There might be a solution in the Friend Safari. While I cannot say this is definite yet (as the list of FS PKMN is still being developed and I haven’t progressed to that point myself), it might be the only way, provided that you get friends who have the starters you don’t have.
without internet or trading nobut you get one of the originals & new ones in the beginning, and one of your game friends gives you a baby of hers when you beat the elite 4, so that’s 3 out of the 6 from the game.
Also I know there were some wifi dongles for the older versions or maybe you could connect through your pc with a cable idk but something to look into if you don’t get a new ds for xmas
After beating the Elite Four, you can trade any of your pokémon for the starter that was chosen by your rival Shauna. I don’t think you can get the other starter.
