Is there any safe way to get out of my Adamant Regigigas's Slow Start without taking too much damage?

You will have to wait the 5 turns and take some damage.There is a way where you canshortenthe time of Slow start, well not really since it can’t learn those moves(maybe in doubles it could be possible).
The only way you can do that is by usingSkill swap,Worry seed, or count on the opponent to useGastro acid(not a very good idea).
If this Ability is replaced due to a move like Skill Swap or Worry Seed or suppressed by Gastro Acid, the Pokémon’s stats return to normal.
