Is there a way to track the weather patterns such as rain in the overworld for Ultra Sun?

Title should say it all. I want to be able to have a chance to SOS chain for a shiny Pokemon such as Politoed, which you can encounter during an SOS chain if it is raining that wasn’t from Rain Dance or Drizzle. Is there a way to track the weather patterns in Ultra Sun?

Yes. All the weather patterns in usum occur at specific times of the day
