Is there a way I can get a Basculin that knows both Bubblebeam, Mud Shot, Revenge, and Muddy Water for it's egg moves?

Um, I’m just gonna answer this normally. You can get one, but it’s gonna take a LOT of chain breeding.

First, breed a female Relicanth with a male Marshtomp, Swampert, Wooper, Quagsire, Palpitoad, Seismitoad, or Stunfisk that knows both Muddy Water and Mud Shot. Once you get a male Relicanth with the egg moves Muddy Water and Mud Shot, breed it with a female Basculin until you get a female Basculin with Muddy Water and Mud Shot. Breed this Basculin with a male Qwilfish that knows Revenge, until you get a female Basculin with Revenge, Muddy Water, and Mud Shot. Breed this with a male Chinchou, Lanturn, Remoraid, or Octillery that knows Bubble Beam, and the offspring should have all four moves.
