Is there a Shiny living dex tracker available?

So I am officially starting on my shiny living dex and was really needing a tracker or checklist to help me with the task and was wondering if you all could recommend me a good one to use? In advance thanks! Also I did try pokedex tracker already and didn’t like it too much so I’m needing other suggestions besides that one.

You can download and print the 5 page checklist. It is just a normal checklist though.

Update: that link no longer works, at least for me. Anyway,this downloadable spreadsheetmade by Austin John Plays is a great tool to help organize your Shiny Living Dex.And this is a video he made to help explain it.This should hopefully be an easier method than printing out a PDF.
