Is there a Pokemon that can learn Hurricane, Thunder and Blizzard?

hurricane , thunder and blizzard this question is related to my former question about weather boosted moves .

so anyway I’m looking for the best rain team sweeper or tank that can learn those 3 moves and maybe rain dance too :)

As of Generation IX:

/nds hurricane, thunder, blizzard, all:Arceus, Castform, Dragonite, Drampa, Dudunsparce, Gyarados, Lugia, Mew, Mewtwo, Rayquaza, Smeargle

All of these Pokemon can also learn Rain Dance.

Showdowncommands

Dragonite. But Blizzard does not increase in accuracy in Rain.

Smeargle

Not the best tank pokemon though. Go with what trachy said if you can’t get one or don’t want one.
