Is there a move tutor in Pokemon white?

I really want to know if there is a move tutor because the Pokemon moves matter to me. And I want to take out the type my Pokemon is weak to. If there is please tell me.

There are some move tutors in the first Black and White game. However, these move tutors are not the type that give multiple moves such as the elemental punches. Instead, these give Pokemon more unique moves. This information was from this site.
