No, but there is a berry! The Persim Berry. Also the Lum Berry, but it has better things to cure.

I’m not so sure about that. I don’t think there are any moves that can cure confusion. The only move I can think of that may possibly cure confusion is the move Rest. What rest does is put you to sleep and regains all HP back. It also gets rid of any status problem, like paralysis, burn, poison, but I’m not so sure about confusion.

I’m pretty sure that both aromatherapy and heal bell both heal confusion, since it is a status condition, but I’m only about 95% sure. If you want to find out, try it yourself.
