Is there a grass-type Pokemon with prankster?

I want to make a team entirely out of grass-type Pokemon, and I figured that sunny weather may fit good into this equation. But is there a grass-type Pokemon with Prankster, so that Sunny Day is sure to go first? If not, what is the fastest grass-type Pokemon that can learn Sunny Day?

Out of the 11 pokmon that learn Prankster. 2 are grass types - Cottonee and Whimsicott.So yeah :PAlso you can always run a Pokemon like Jumpluff for sunny day :D

Cottonee and Whimsicott but Ninetales is better with Drought (permanent sunlight)
