Is the Prison Bottle currently available in OR/AS?

In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the Prison Bottle can be obtained >through having Hoopa in the party and entering a Poké Mart. A new clerk will show >up near the counter at the far left side. In oras with Hoopa in your party go into any Poke mart and talk to the clerk standing next to thecounter. He tells you a story then gives you the prison bottle. It’s in Key Items.Use it on Hoopaand it’ll become Unbound.
