Is Rock Smash an important move to have in Gen 2?

Cuz I kiindaa accidentally deleted it and I don’t think any other Pokemon know how to learn it by level up.Is there another TM or something I can get or do I just have to reset to my last saved point?

Rock Smash is not a necessary move for Gen II. You can get to a few hidden items, but you’ll be perfectly fine if you don’t have it. You can purchase multiple of the TMs, by going to the Goldenrod Department Store after obtaining the TM for the first time from the man after clearing away the Sudowoodo. Each one costs 1000 PokeDollars.
