Is Rhyperior a good user of the move Rest?

This is the top voted Rhyperior S/M moveset. None of the movesets have Rhyperior with Rest. This is from Smogon. Rhyperior is most likely not a good user of Rest as your opponent can switch into a Water or Grass type and quickly eliminate Rhyperior while it’s asleep.
Rhyperior really wants at least 3 attacks to threaten different Pokemon that are common in RU, such as Togekiss, Cobalion, and Zarude. Its best status move is stealth rock because stealth rock is good. This is the moveset that I recommend.
