Is Raichu worth raising, and making a high level pokemon, and is he strong?

As Most say,

" Any pokemon can be strong if you know how to correctly use them "

Now, I’ve always hated the chu family, although in recent standards, Light Ball Pikachu is more efficient than Raichu.

So go with him before thinking about raichu, but if you want a electric pokemon, Magnezone and several others can do a better job.

Raichu can be strong , with good special attack , attack and speed .Moveset : ( Classic)ThunderBoltIron TailB-BreakHP ( Water )

However , if you have options or your jusr considering it i would rather go with another electrik type cause there are loads better than him such as eelektross .
