Is Psyshock affected by Reflect or Light Screen?

Yes it will. Because Psyshock is aimed at the targets Defense stat reflect will half the damage of Psyshock.

sourceAs you can see, the damage is halved by light screen, not reflect. I’m guessing this is because light screen directly halves damage from special attacks, instead of directly raising its user’s special defense, which is also why things like unaware and sacred sword, which are supposed to ignore stat changes, don’t ignore screens.
