Problems with both sets: You want to activate weakness policy on t-tar and do as little damage to it as possible at the same time. Maybe change nature from Quiet to Modest because it wont be outspeeding things anyway and again, to reduce damage to tyranitar.Now, onto answering the question:

Since G-slowbro has a better special movepool anyway and bulldoze from brave nature does more damage to tyranitar, I’d go for special slowbro.
