Is My Darkrai Glitched?

I recieved a Darkrai from GTS ( no trade ). I checked its moveset and it said:

I`m positive this is a glitch Pokemon, but just to make sure- is this Pokemon glitched?

There have been 6 events giving away a Darkrai with those exact moves:

The Rise of DarkraiToys R Us DarkraiNintendo World Store DarkraiEuropean Alamos DarkraiAustralian Alamos DarkraiMovie Darkrai___

The problem is that itshould notbe able to trade over the GTS because of the Classic Ribbon it gets from each event, so this one is hacked.

This is not glitched, it is a real Darkrai, it is hacked, since it can’t have those moves

EDIT: I believe Spacial Rend is a special event move. Not sure about roar of time, probably yes. So it may not be hacked.
