Both. The order of ranks goes like so:

NormalBronzeSilverGoldDiamondSuperUltraHyperMasterMaster★Master★★Master★★★Guildmaster

The Secret Rank is awarded after [SPOILERS] beating Primal Dialga, in a postgame mission where you rescue Scizor from Crevice Cave. He will bestow you with the Secret Rank.
