Is it still possible to evolve an Eevee to Espeon if you're training the Eevee during the dusk?

yk, the time when the sky turned orange? I’m just wondering if you still can evolve it to an Espeon if you train it during that time (btw this is in HGSS).

I believe you’re talking about “twilight”, as it’s called by Bulbapedia.

DayEverything takes on its natural color during the day. Day lasts from 10:00 a.m. to 7:59 p.m. (10:00 - 19:59), with twilight lasting from around 5:00 p.m. (17:00) until night sets in.

Those times, according to Bulbapedia, are the times that Eevee can evolve it Espeon (morning and day).

Basically twilight counts as day so yes.
