Is it possible to get electric terrain raichu without breeding?
Nov. 21, 2016I’m playing through Pokemon moon and I caught a pichu in the beginning. I wanted to use alolan raichu because I liked its design. To make the most of it, I wanted to get electric terrain on it so I could use its ability. Could it get on raichu without breeding if possible? Its not that I can’t do it but if there is an easier way, I will take it. Does pikachu learn it? Some of the move learning stuff for sun and moon is not accurate since it says that decidueye learns spirit shackle at level 1 but when I evolved mine, it learned it then.

No. You can’t get electric terrain without breeding. With your decidueye, it it what’s called anevolution move, which is a level 1 move that your Pokemon learns when it evolves, which is new to the games.

No sadly I raged over same thing lol but you can get a magneton to learn it and than encounter a wild smeargle (male) use electric terrain on it than it will use sketch catch it than breed with raichu (female)
