Is it possible to get a shiny Mew from the Let's Go Pikachu/ Eevee Switch Bundle?
Nov. 24, 2018I am asking because I might get it, but I want to make sure that it is possible to soft reset, or wing it for a shiny mew, instead of wasting my time.

I don’t think you can soft reset for a shiny Mew. It seems to be a one and done deal.
When you go to retrieve Mew from your pokeball It tells you that any interruption in data or pokeball plus connection will cause you to lose Mew. Then it saves your game, connects to the internet and deposits Mew directly into your box.

it’s shiny locked and it doesn’t show anything for shinies although it glows yellow on Pokemon you haven’t encountered before
