Is it better to have Wish and Protect or Aqua Ring and Toxic on Vaporeon?

I made an eeveelution team for Gen 6 UU. I have a Vaporeon on it, and I was wondering: should I change the move set a bit? The set right now is:

Ella (Vaporeon) (F) @ LeftoversAbility: Water AbsorbShiny: YesEVs: 252 HP / 108 SpA / 148 SpDModest NatureIVs: 0 Atk- Scald- Ice Beam- Toxic- Aqua Ring

So I was thinking maybe Wish and Protect to replace Aqua Ring and Toxic, but I’m not quite sure.

I would say aqua ring and toxic.You may not get all the healing that wish and protect gives, but toxic actually does damage. Aqua ring and leftovers should heal well while they are poisoned and you are using scald/ice beam.

In my opinion, TOXIC STALL.That means using toxic and then protecting.But its mainly your choice

I think that you should do Protect+ Toxic because you already get healing with Leftovers, and they just suffer while you protect every other turn, and then hit hard.
