Is investing in SpD a good idea on Skarmory?

My Skarmory currently has a bold nature with 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD. Like the question says, would it be better if I turned it’s ev into 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD with careful nature?

I’m gonna include the team it’s on just so I can get a more accurate answer. This isn’t a moveset or team rating. This is just some advice on evs alone so I asked it here. This is on gen 7. Here is the team

Invest in Defense. Even when you invest in special defense, you aren’t going to take very many hits from powerful special attackers with only base 70 special defense (like Mega Charizard Y, Blacephalon, etc). It would probably be better to invest in physical defense so that you can check powerful physical attackers better like Belly Drum Azumarill, Swords Dance Excadrill, Dragon Dance Mega Gyarados, Swift Swim Mega Swampert, etc.
