Is Hyper Training the only way to maximize IVs on a Pokemon?

SO I have a bunch of good Pokemon, with great Natures, but they all have not the best IV’s. Is Hyper Training the only way I can get them better IV’s? I also don’t have any Max IV Dittos I can use to breed.

Like EVs, Individual Values also have a large effect on the stats of your Pokémon. However, unlike EVs, you cannot change the IVs of your Pokémon.

Hyper Training (Japanese: すごいとっくん Amazing Intensive Training) is a method of Pokémon training that allows the player to maximize one or more of a Pokémon’s IVs through intensive training. This feature was introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon.

Prior to Generation 7, there was no possible way to change a Pokemon’s IVs. Hyper Training became the first method for raising IVs, and is currently the only way to do so.
