Is Deoxys-S with No Guard + OHKO moves worth using in Gen 6 Pure Hackmons?

Yes. This strategy is quite potent and worth it, since Deoxys-S is the fastest Pokémon in Gen-6 Hackmons.Smogonhas sets similar to yours for Deoxys-S.
Weakness with this strategy includes:
Two Wonder Guard users, which can swap and waste Gastro Acid’s PP.
Faster No Guard Users, or speed ties with other Deoxys-Ss or Scarf users.
Priority, since Deoxys-S is quite frail.
Residual Damage since there is no Recovery, although I think this is the least worrisome one.
